<p>启动计时按扭,两颗计时秒针就好像听到发令枪响的两个短跑运动员。开始同步向顺时针方向运动,当按下11点钟方位的追针按扭时,追针(箭头形状的计时秒针)暂停,圆圈形状的计时秒针继续行走。当再按下追针按扭时,暂停的追针便迅速追上前面一直在行走的计时秒针开始同步行走。</p>
<p>这就是钟表七大复杂功能之一的双追计时!下面就是我修复后的双追计时码表。</p>

<p>一天,一位青岛的朋友寄来一块破损的“码表”让我帮忙修复。我接到这块表时,通过观察我发现这可不是一块简单的码表。虽说它无厂无牌,但它可是双追计时码表!这顿时激起了我修复它的冲动!</p>
<p>此前因朋友对此表不太了解,他简单告诉我:缺了一个齿轮;除两颗表针外,其他的表针全部都遗失;一上链可以听到里面的齿轮飞转的奇怪声音。我拿到手后一检查才发现它比我想象中的情况还要糟糕! </p>

<p>“六综罪”</p>
<p>经过仔细的检查,可以确定码表的六个问题,每个问题都非常棘手。</p>
<p>1:表针缺失两根。(图3所示)</p>
<p>2:零件大部分锈蚀,带动计时部分的一个传动轮“缺失”。(图5所示)</p>
<p>3:计时累计的一分钟定位弹断掉。(图6所示)</p>
<p>4:擒纵叉缺了一块宝石,而且轴也断掉。(图7所示)</p>

<p> 因为历史原因,所以计时部分的弹簧甲板和机芯的螺丝都长满了锈,非常影响美观,而且那些锈就象海绵,会把空气中的水分子吸附。所以带锈的地方一般会越锈越深,严重的还会锈断掉,为了不让它继续锈蚀下去——打磨抛光非常重要!让它恢复原来的金属光泽。一为了美观,二也是为了保护零件表面不继续被锈蚀。对于古董表的修复,这是最基本的一步。</p>

<p>步骤三:种轴。</p>
<p>忙完了“基本”的,就要开始修复它的功能了,先热热身,先从修复擒纵轮开始。这块表的擒纵轮的上轴断掉了,修复的方法有很多,为了方便我用了我们国内的老方法——“种轴”。很好理解,顾名思义就是在断掉的擒纵轮上打个孔,把磨好的一根轴“种”{固定}上去。当然“种得”同不同心是关键,擒纵轮不同于其他齿轮,如果上下轴稍微有点不同心的话就会直接影响擒纵叉宝石的冲面和锁面,继而影响走时,严重的会直接停摆。所以修复过程要一气呵成,不能有丝毫偏差。接下来开始吧。我用直径0.2MM的钻头在擒纵轮的上轴打了个0.3MM深的孔!然后把磨好的轴插入钻好的孔中,要保证绝对同心,然后用锡焊好。把它单独装到机芯里用风球吹它,让它转起来,确定了它的同心这个擒纵轮就算修复完成。</p>

<p>如果把钟表的摆轮比作心脏的话那擒纵叉可算得上是心脏的大动脉了。它源源不断的把动力提供给摆轮,让它来回的转动,给准确的时间以保证。</p>

<p>计时秒轮轴是计时组件中表面光洁度要求最高的零件只一。因为每当启动计时功能时,它会抵消掉一部分由发条输出的动力,所以它表面的光洁度的高底可以直接影响到启动计时功能时码表的走时。而且它还担任着带动计时追针的“重任”。而且每次计时归零,弹簧拨杆便会非常有力的敲击计时秒轮上的心形凸轮,使之归零。这块表的计时秒轴都断成三截了,所对于强度要求如此高的计时秒轮轴也只有重新车制一根了。</p>

<p><font color="#ff0000">步骤六</font>:挫制分钟累积计时定位弹簧:</p>
<p>当计时每过一分钟,计时累积分针就向前跳一格。这个“跳”的动作全靠分钟累积计时定位弹簧。它把慢慢移动的动作变成了“跳”的动作。但是非常遗憾,这块表的分钟累积计时定位弹簧也断掉了,没有办法,修复它只有按照瑞士人的方法了。那就是在一大块钢扳上镂出整块弹簧的形状。然后加以成形.打磨.抛光。</p>
<p>修复材料我选用常见的钢锯片(图21所示),完全靠手工挫制(图22所示),所以它的退火和淬火非常讲究,淬过了易折.弹性太硬,淬不好又不够弹性,软软的象铁丝一样。对于弹性要求如此之高的定位弹簧更是如此,淬火的工艺不是每一位修表师傅都能完全掌握的。</p>

<p>对于这块表来说,它缺失的最重要的零件就是计时传动轮了。计时秒针部分的带动全是靠它,没有它的动力传输,计时部分的零件就全都成为了摆设。</p>
<p>找到原装的计时传动轮来装上固然是最好的。但是对于一块经历了大半个世纪沧桑的古董表来说,当年的表厂都无从寻觅,显然,寻找原装计时传动齿轮,这无疑是大海捞针。</p>
<p>修复这块表的最难的地方也是最关键的地方就在这个计时传动轮上! 没有办法,既然找不到齿轮来配那只有自己制作了。</p>
<p>我按照传动比公式计算出该齿轮的模数,按照模数用钢片自制了一个轮状铣刀,一切就绪就开工了。</p>
<p>我用黄铜做为材料,先把它车制成我需要的齿轮外形(图25所示),就可以装上我自制的铣刀开始铣齿了(图26所示)。</p>
<p>齿轮半径:3.7MM ,齿数:100 , 齿高:0.15MM (只要有0.01MM的偏差,整个工件就要报废)</p>

<p>这块双追针码表原来是4根针,(一根秒针.一根分钟计时累积表针.一根计时秒针和一根计时追针)但现在看得到的只剩下两根蓝钢针。没有办法找到这块表的原装表针了,想要修复它办法只有一个,那就是手工挫制一整套表针,我有多年制作古董表蓝钢针的经验,按照这两根针的风格我可以完全发挥我的想象了!制作这副蓝钢针我可花了不少功夫,我的想法就是把两根计时秒针设计成一正一负。使得两它们重合的上时候成为一个圈里面有一个箭头的设计(图35所示) 这样既可以让人很容易的分清楚计时秒针和追针,也可以让两跟针分开和重合的时候给人一种不一样的感觉。增加把玩的乐趣。</p>
